The winter has been too mild because today, at 41 degrees, it feels cold.
I've turned up the heat in the apartment.
I've just finished reading the Pioneer Woman's advice on blogging. hm....
I'm putting off completing the tasks I have written down for myself, having spent the past four days with my bottom stuck to a chair, studying, studying and then testing, testing as a completion exercise. The tests are all finished. I passed and am relieved and am certified, not certifiable, but certified.
"Lose It!" has been working well and is free! So far, six pounds down with about thirty two to go...

friends and weight
....Now, back to my friend who lost one hundred plus pounds. The interesting thing is that her husband loved her when she was thin, has loved her through her heaviness and is now the main chow person in the house. In other words, he does most of the low-fat, healthy cooking. Once she decided that she wanted to lose weight, he was all on-board with supporting her in her endeavor. Now that folks, must be love.
