T/F

Today was the last day of the True/False film festival. For volunteers it was the last day and as much as we were up and around, working and moving and cleaning, we were just as much, sitting. Which is a fine thing if you are a volunteer with water, juices and coffee on hand or cold leftover pizzas sitting in their boxes just begging to be eaten. Yes, it is a fine thing to be sitting around sometimes because you get the chance to talk to people, to hear their stories, to catch tidbits and pieces of other conversations, to weave an entire fabric of stories and create a new one...

goodbye T/F 2011! it was great. although other than volunteering I barely did participate!

true/false sunday

Outside Ragtag and 9th Street Video Sunday afternoon.
If one is in town the last weekend of February or the first weekend of March (depending on what year it is and when the festival occurs), one must make time to see some films at the T/F Film Festival, to grab some downtown eats (or a coffee), and to hang with the crowd.
